Have you ever considered just being yourself?
There is no need for you to be some kind of super-being in order to measure up to everyone else. Who you are is really quite enough! You know enough and have enough to offer something valuable, whatever is going on. If you would simply show up, with your smile, your way of doing things and your way of being exactly who you are, you would reacognize that who you are is just fine! If you would, just for a moment, stop tearing yourself down because of the mistakes you have made, you would feel like who you are is enough. If you would choose to stop beating up on yourself for the things you did not do to evertone else's satisfaction, you would understand that who you are is enough. If you would decide to stop doubting and second guessing yourself, you might realize that who you are is enough. If you would allow yourself to be who you are without any excuses or defenses, for just a moment, you might have a very valuable experience. If you were to let yourself know that you are enough for about thirty seconds, do you think others might notice? Is it possible that you might find a new vision of yourself and for yourself? What if you were to let yourself know that you were enough by doing everything in your power to believe it, trust it and demonstrate it, is it possible that those who find you lacking might shut their mouths? It's all possible, but you will never know until you take a chance on just being enough of yourself to make yourself happy.

10/12/08: Watched the level 1 30 day Shred with child -- laughed and ate popcorn. What fun.
10/13/08: Completed the level 1 of the Shred with 1000% effort and 5lb weights. Had to do the cool down on my back !!
10/14/08: Would have worked out if I could move. No movement, no workout. Bad me..... shake it off and on to the next day. I'll have to start counting my 10 days of level 1 all over again.
