for the blog comment! I think a simulated dig would be kind of weird and not thorough enough. It would definitely depend on the professor. We'll be gone for 4 weeks, and working for most of that, although we'll get to do some other stuff as well.
You should definitely check out both Zombies, Run! and Nerd Fitness, I am finding them really motivating right now. Nerd Fitness especially has tons of resources available and also approaches things in an easy and fun way that doesn't feel overwhelming.
