My Goals:
I am trying to change my habits to live a healthier lifestyle. I want to be my ideal healthy weight, have energy, and feel good about myself.
My Program:
I am eating healthier and have reduced my daily calorie intake. I am also exercising more. I went from drinking 1 cup of water a week to 8 cups daily. Finally, I am trying new activities to keep my motivated and feeling good.
Personal Information:
I live in Cape Charles, Virginia. It is a little coastal town on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
Other Information:
I work full time in the accounting department at the local resort here. The rest of my time is devoted to my son and cub scouting.
