Long Term: to lose 220lbs
-Implementing SOME form of activity, whether it be walking, or just 20 minutes of exercise in front of the TV. -Drinking 8 10 oz glasses of water each day -Normal sleep schedule -NO FAST FOOD!

Fit Buckeye Fans just added a "walk to NCAA, Milwaukee, WI challenge. " Please long in your daily miles as as have a short time to get there. Walking, running, bike, swim, rowing, etc. any miles count. Add yours and deduct the distance. Thanks for any help you can give your team.
