Hi, I am currently living in UK in full time work with my husband. I have 3 children and a grandchild with two more on the way, one in July and one in January 2011! I am very motivated that this plan can work especially with all the encouragement from others, all the information and so much more.

Hi yet again where ever you are, I see the photo has not changed. I have been gung ho and now I feel a need to cut back. I do not bother reading except from my friends. I do respond to my conditions teams and now DH and i can do a few more things together, HUGS PLEASE be in touch. Are you staying healthy and eating right. Are you exercising. I just did a record for me 5K WALK not run but I was walking very fast. Only 18 over 60's were timed and I did a good job. I had a blast. DH has a foot problem and could not walk. Hi again wherever you are. I was just thinking about our friend EGG we usually write to each other on a thread daily and I wandered over to her page and saw she got a goodie from you and I recently so it reminded me to get in touch. I have been doing a lot with the diabetes challenge too much in fact. Not enough time for DH and my other Spark friends. It is week 7 and quieting down but people are still joining so it will be on going but not for me. I need my time back now winter is almost over. My DH is not doing well today really bad cold given to him by a friend alas. They went to a train meeting together. I am sure he infected all of the guys there. emoticon emoticon
I am pushing the Vitamin C hard right now; I hope I am not getting it.

Oh what a blast from the past. Yes it is time i saw more pictures. I am still way too busty with Spark, will you be living permanently back in Australia now.

So Sorry you have such flooding down under, I hope you live in a high dry place. Love to be able to catch up. I just picked up 144 e-mails i am helping with a diabetes challenge and the biggest challenge is to not add any more friends. emoticon emoticon emoticon But Australia was too far to go BOO HOO! emoticon Very long distance hugs.
