Living a healthy life!
I'm a 32-year-old looking to lose weight, eat more healthfully, and improve my overall fitness. I get really gung-ho about working out and eating well, and go all-out for a few weeks before getting burnt out--I'm hoping this site will help keep me motivated and on track! I enjoy running, hiking, and biking--any activity that gets me outdoors--and want to get in better shape so I can enjoy even more of them (and keep up with my military boyfriend, who leaves me in the dust!).

My Goals:
Lose 15-20 pounds, become a better runner, improve overall fitness, and feel great about my body and my lifestyle (and get rid of the jiggle!).
My Program:
Doing a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio Monday through Friday, three days of weight training, and a "fun" workout (a hike, a bike ride, etc) on the weekend, along with monitoring my calorie intake.
Other Information:
I'm a vegetarian, a book lover, and an avid Chargers fan.
