HI Sparkpeople,
I'm simply here to find POSITIVE, MOTIVATIONAL, people to converse with about the challenges of losing weight. I don't like excuses. You just have to move on from your mistakes. I'm currently doing Weight Watchers (counting calories)

Exercise 5 days a week

Workout twice a day for 5 days
Cardio for 30 minutes (lunchtime)
Weight lift for 30 minutes (after work)

I'm 29, mother of a 2 year old and have a very supportive BF.

Hey I'm glad you're back and thank you so much for the 'hair' advice. I did complete the Columbus 1/2 marathon and wasn't sure if I'd run another, but I think I will.
