My goals. Well I have already taken the first step and I now am down to drinking soda only on Sundays. I was having about 3-4 glasses a day. I drink primarily water and 2 cups of green tea a day.
I plan to drink more water. It's now about all I drink but I only drink about 32 oz a day. I spend 20 min a night on my exercise bike on program 2.
I've never really been thin and I am not sure that I will ever be. but I am now bigger than I ever thought that I would be. It's really hard to look at myself and to see what I allowed to happen. 50lbs ago I was more active, and far less aware of how big I really was.
I'm a really big reader. I am into the Twilight Series, and I really like books by Catherine Coulter, Karin Slaughter, and many many others. I also spend tons of time on Cafemom.
Welcome to the 300+team. 300 is such a BIG number but if we persevere, focus and motivate one another we can reach our goals! We have so much of life ahead of us and it is so much better to work on ourselves and reach for our goals. We can do it-- we are worth the effort!
