The rededication
I love Spark People. It has truly changed the way I look at being healthy. I've struggled with loosing weight and getting healthy since my kids were born. I spent my pregnancies in front of the fridge. After having them, I think my perception of good food versus good for me food was all messed up. My health has been an amazing journey. I spent my pregnancies in front of the fridge. After having them, I think my perception of good food versus good for me food was all messed up. My health has been an amazing journey. I tried some work outs and I've slowly gotten better. Nothing stuck until December 31, 2010, my first 5k. It changed me. I loved it. I loved getting outside and running and walking. I made a goal in 2011, to do one 5k a month, and in September I ran a 1/2 marathon. I never lost any weight because I was still eating junk. This year I've worked on eating better... but I still have such a long way to go!
