My Goals:
I want to go from 188lbs now, to 220lbs by November of 2011! I am also 14.8% body fat right now, and I want to drop down to 10.5% by November of 2011.

Visually, I would like to be built like Mr. Olympia, Dexter Jackson but suited to me.

Hey, I noticed that you added Haitian Style rice and beans to the nutrition tracker--I was wondering, about how large is 1 serving? I got some from a bulk food store and am hoping to be able to track it accurately when I fix it!
