My Goals:
As of 2/16/11:

Lose 27 pounds by 5/31/11 and maintain my goal weight of 140 pounds permanently.

My Program:
I started my weight loss in December 2009 at 240 pounds. I use the bodybugg tracking system and have done P90X to help me build muscle and burn fat - now I am doing a mix of cardio and strength training at the gym. I'm working to make exercise a regular, non-negotiable part of my life.
