I'm not afraid to try again

starting again is not what i want to do ,but i must do this in order to reach my goals, im not getting it.im fed up with the yoyo diet so im working me a new plan its called the change for life. first i'l work on the smaller portions second becoming more active next i will reward myself while i reach my goals and i will have fun alone the way.

My Goals:
well i'm here once more, trying to get out of my own way, stop the mindset, that i can eat when i want and not workout who do i think i am,now i have to lose 59 ibs to reach 190 this is my goal and i am giving myself until jan 1 -2014.

My Program:
is to stand on the promises of god :hebrew 6:11,12,13,14,15and galatans:6:9 and phillppians 3:13. make it personal when you read. and wait for your goals dreams or hope to come to pass.stand,dont get lazy,andforget the past.look ahead. walk 30 min 7 days week wow.

Personal Information:
I'm from chicago but have live in wisconsin i,m married and have chidren, and grand children i dont have many people to workout ,so i'm going to do the dr. phil book .

Other Information:
you may have to fight more then once to win the battle. so keep fighting, and you wont drown if you fall into water, you drown if you stay in the water and allow the water to cover you up then you cant get out
