is to be the best me I know to be. 1 move my body every day. 2 say something positive about myself. 3 check in on sparkpeople.com at least once a week to keep me motivated. 4watch my portion sizes and relax and let GOD do his will.

you may have to fight more then once to win the battle. so keep fighting, and you wont drown if you fall into water, you drown if you stay in the water and allow the water to cover you and not get up again.
