Thanks for stopping by my page. When I found out I had high cholesterol, I googled "how to lower cholesterol naturally" and followed the steps. Basically, I used olive oil, ate avocado, nuts, seeds, high fiber, etc. I added exercise and asked my health food store about supplements to lower cholesterol natually. They recommended Nordic Naturals brand that had omega 3 fish oil, coQ10, and Red Yeast Rice. Hope this helps! You can do it!

WHOLE seeds go right through your body UNDIGESTED, they are good for your bowels. The good Nutrients just flush away.
When the seed is ground the good nutrients, there are many of them and the really good fiber is a better option for out digestion.. Ground Flax seed should be refrigerated to avoid it going Rancid.
