Hi Rebecca! Setting goals can be challenging, but if you follow the parameters outlined in the weekend challenge description then you are doing fine. Use the SMART technique (specific, measurable....). These goals are generally used for this round of BLC, so you would really look at what you want to do during the 12 weeks of the challenge, and how you will do it. It is good to have some longer term goals too, but smaller increments will make it easier to stay motivated and successful. I hope that helps!
