My Goals:
I want to lose 30 pds and keep it off!!!

My Program:
1) Get up and work out before doing anything else!

2)work out 4 days a week and be active 7 days a week, with a minimum of 30 mins a day.

3)drink 1 glass of veggie juice a day(fresh)

4) 5-6 300 cal meals/snacks a day spaced out every 3 hrs

5) whole grain, high nutrient clean foods lean protein

I work out at X-sport on north and would love a weight training partner. A cardio partner would be great as well!
