My Goals:
My goal is to begin eating properly again, lose the weight I've gained and regain some mobility since I had back surgery.

My Program:
Of course, I'm trying to eat properly & learn some new recipes. More importantly, I am looking for exerc ises that I can do that will not cause additional pain in my back.

Personal Information:
I'm from Southeast Michigan. Have 3 children, all grown and 6 grandkids.

Other Information:
My favorite pastime is reading, but I also enjoy various crafts, working in my garden walking and being with family and friends.
