    For breakfast it is usually scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon. Lunch is a salad with some kind of meat and dinner is baked zucchini, squash and tomatoes. I also found prepackaged meat by Tyson. At least I thin that it is Tyson. You can get Beef Tips, Roast Beef, Turkey and Gravy and some other choices and they are low in carbs. I am ADDICTED to sugar free coolade and sometimes will have a Sprite Zero. I also sometimes have peanut butter, but I usually end up eating half the jar, LOL!

    I also agree that this diet can get kind of boring, but it does work. If you want something sweet and you like strawberries either sauté strawberries is butter and had some whipped cream or even better get a pint of whipped cream mix that and some sugar free jello in a bowl. Let it set for a few hours then take a parfait dish or even a bowl and put in the jello/whipped cream, fresh strawberries and crushed pecans. It is pretty good. Also for your omlette top it with sugar free syrup.

    Can you tell that I have a sweet tooth

    I need to try the burger with sour cream. I have never tried that. Also I may add beef jerky into my diet.
