**I'm a 31 year old mom to 3 beautiful kids, My oldest, DJ is 11, Nicky is 4 and Kayleigh is 3. I never had a problem with my weight until I turned 18 and met my husband, we got very comfortale together and I gained about 20 pounds. Once I was pregnant with my oldest, I gained almost 80 pounds with that pregnancy and have never lost it. With each pregnancy after I've managed to keep my weight gain under 15 pounds and was able to take it off immediatly following birth, but still can't shake those 80 pounds from the first. I've attempted weight loss so many times, I keep losing and gaining the same 10 pounds each time. If I sat around and did nothing all day I would understand why I can't lose it, but with 3 kids, I'm lucky if I get to sit for dinner. So here I am, trying to lose 80lbs. There is a skinny girl inside this body!!

Become more active
Watching calories, fat and carb intake. Walking more, and staying more active.

80 pounds- a family portrait
90 pounds - new knee high boots
100 - a girls day at the spa

We had a wonderful Holiday 25 for dinner it was great to get everyone together. I have been under the weather, so I haven't been doing much, but I feel that is gonna change. I have plans to walk the bridge tomorrow. That will get me back moving. I am glad your holidays were great.

Rotten luck with the car. BUT, Congrats on the weight loss and your husband working along side. That's awesome. I have had a rough time this past week I only lost 2/10 of a pound and the week before I gained a little. I am doing everything I should, I am wondering if I should adjust my daily intake down a little. I am so short and I sit most of the time unless I am actually taking a walk or a hike. I think I will try 1000 to 1200 a day and see how that works out. Keep up the good work!

Hi Leslie, I've started a new job this week and it for some reason is tiring me out, (Maybe it is just missing my nap. HeeHee) I really haven't been able to get out and walk for too long and I miss it a lot. Hopefully next week I will have adjusted and am able to get back out. I hope you are doing well, It has also b een cold here in FL nown in the 20 since Sunday. It does warm up during the day though thank goodness.

Hi Leslie, How did you do last week? I ended up a pound, but I think it was water weight as EVERY OTHER DAY I weighed a pound less. Not off to a good start today as the wind was blowing sand in my eyes, I had to go back home. I'll have to double up tomorrow I guess!
