Welcome! You've made your Sparkpage and joined some teams, so now jump in! Track or journal your food, drink your water, and begin to move your body. Be determined, persistant, and consistant. You can do it! Join a challenge or two in your teams. Start small if that feels best, and add as you become familiar with the program. You go! Woo hoo!
