    Thank you so much for the comment on my blog. It made me feel better to know that I wasn't the only one who let July slip by and succumbed to the idleness of summer days. But, July is behind us now and this is a good time to get back into routine.

    I know!! We missed you too! :) It's fun going away, but when you're as addicted to SP as I am... it's soooo nice to be back!! :) I'm very dependant on this program to keep me on track!

    I'm glad that my "About Me" section was inspirational for you. It took a long time to write it and it was because I wasn't ready to accept my body. It will come with time. Just remember, every smiling face is beautiful and how we feel about ourselves reflects on how others view us.

    Oh I know! I really wish I could do the 30 day slimdown too, but I absolutely refuse to get up more than 30 minutes earlier to do a workout.. getting up 30 minutes early is enough for me! haha, and BFBM and NMTZ are both like 45 minutes long.. Can't do it...
    Well cheer up buttercup! Like I said, no one probably knows its you with a new S.N.! But to be honest, I've felt that way lately too, it's like, you chat with someone a LOT for like 2 weeks, and then they don't chat w/ you anymore. haha. So i do feel your pain!

    Hi! Thanks for Adding me. Congratulations on losing 22 lbs! That is a incredible achievement. One of my first first workouts i did on spark was the 30 Day Shred. I was so ashamed at how unfit i was back then. I love that fact that, with the 30 day shred you can make it as Hard or Easy as you want it to be by increasing or decreasing the weights.

    I'm curious, how you found my Spark page. I don't think we share any Spark teams ATM unless you found me from the 30 day shred. And its been ALONG time since i posted there.

    Anyways, looking forward to getting to know you. You go and show Jillian Micheals how the work out is done! hee hee
