My Goals:
My goal is to maintain my "proper" weight of 120 lb (I'm 5'3"), which I was through most of my adult life until time and life caught up with me. At one point I was 60 lb overweight, but thanks to SparkPeople I'm now 120 lb again and holding.

My Program:
I'm counting calories like crazy, and I find that having to record everything I eat stops me eating things I shouldn't, most effectively. I'm also taking gentle exercise, since I have arthritis in my hip, mainly trail-walking, stretching and flexing, and attending an aquacise class once a week. It worked! Now I have increased my calorie intake to hold this weight, but I still enter everything I eat and all the exercise I take.
