Feburary 2015, This year (March 2nd) I will turn 37...... Thinking back over the years, there are a lot of things I regret.
I regret not setting a healthy example for my children.
I regret not having any self esteem
I regret not having any self love or worth

So this year I want to turn all of those regrets into goals I've accomplished.
I will be a great role model to my children, we will eat better and be more active as a family.
I will learn ...

Thanks for the goodie :-) I saw a tv programme to help curb the holiday cravings, basically you have to think of food in terms of their ingredients :-/ focus on the sugar/fats/white flour etc etc to discourage yourself from over indulging, not sure it will work lol but everything's worth a go right! ;-)

Have a fab holiday season, something so magical about it when you have small kids, mine is turning into her father and becoming a grinch lol. Hopefully once school is finished she'll get more with my program lol.

Take care & just keep going one day at a time, you're doing good & remember nobody expects you to be perfect all the time so just make sure that if you indulge I'll be watching to make sure you pick yourself up, get back on the wagon & join me because I can't do this alone ;-)
