I have been trying to lose weight... I have had some success that last time I was on spark people, so I decided to give it another go as of yesterday.
Do you have any mini goals made for yourself. My major mini goal is to get to ONEderland... 15 pounds away... My other mini goal is to really get moving. I would like to get in a routine of walking at least 4 days a week. I will be starting that today.
