hi everyone. i started changing my eating habits when i noticed i was over 170 (eek) and now i'm closing in on 160 on my way to 140. all i want is to be healthy so i'm not looking to be 100 lbs or anything, just a happy, healthy me.

recently, i became a semi-vegetarian (still eat fish, cheese and eggs) and I am down to 155 now and loving it!!
