No worries my friend I know what life can throw you...my family always seems to be my oops in not getting in workout lol. So yeah last week I was feeling a bit burnt out so I toned it down some what, I just did a day workout and skipped the night workout...this week I am back with night workouts as well as day workouts!!

Checking in with Ripped With Hiit Back and biceps... the workout is actually back, biceps and shoulders but I already did shoulders with my triceps on chest the other day so I skipped that part. But it was still a very great workout! loved it!!
Last night I did 10 minutes on the elliptical...10 minutes of intervals....1 minute on level 5 the next on level 10....that hurt!!
