No worries my friend emoticon I know what life can throw you...my family always seems to be my oops in not getting in workout emoticon lol. So yeah last week I was feeling a bit burnt out so I toned it down some what, I just did a day workout and skipped the night workout...this week I am back with night workouts as well as day workouts!! emoticon

THanks I am really liking these workouts and I really am liking that I can workout again!! PIYO is really quite good. I am glad I have the set

Checking in with Ripped With Hiit Back and biceps... the workout is actually back, biceps and shoulders but I already did shoulders with my triceps on chest the other day so I skipped that part. But it was still a very great workout! loved it!! emoticon

Last night I did 10 minutes on the elliptical...10 minutes of intervals....1 minute on level 5 the next on level 10....that hurt!!

Hey Leneisha!! Good going with Jillian Michaels' BR's Cardio 3 & TF's Fire 30 that is one tuff workout!! emoticon emoticon

Last night I did PIYO Buns loved it...it was short and brutal! THe good kind of workout lol.

Today I did Cathe's Ripped With Hiit/Low IMpact HiiT...another very fun and awesome workout! I must say I really do like this set its awesome so far emoticon

Lol I am still sore from Mondays upper body workout...and now my lower body is hurting emoticon How are you?
