Well while your doing Pure Cardio at around 7:30 (which is awesome!) I am going to hopefully be able to do a you tube workout I hope if I can get my daughter to set my smart tv up with the internet,,,nope don't know how todo that lol eitherZumbaRio,Cardio step - Fit outside the box with Karla or Doctissimo Zumba Avec Jessica Mellet...which is french but looks easy enough I could follow even if I can't understand her lol...but they all look super fun! Then depends how long they are I might do 10 minutes on my ellipitical....uum not sure but will be doing something! lol and oh yeah that will be at 9:00 p.m.

Hope this is okay checking in with you I just finished doing Cathe's Ripped With Hitt/ Chest Shoulders & Triceps and no sooner then I got that done my brother-in-law was knocking on my door to get some of moms boxes...so there I was hauling heavy boxes right after that workout...lol I saw stars after carring a box with tons of books! I can only say one thing...NASTY!! How was your workout?
Awesome on enjoying your vacation!! What are you doing? Staying at home or are you traveling? I am doing much better thanks! THat was horrid being sick...but all better now ready to kick some booty lol. I started doin Cathe's Ripped With Hitt...it is fun!! So far so good lol and the workouts are mostly short around 30 minutes,,,,,a few of the workouts are 50 minutes...but most are around 30....I want to do a short workout during the day then one more in the evening to rev up this ole metabolism and burn off even more bitter...lol.
