Keep at it.

Sparkpeople has helped me stay on track and keep losing weight. In 2010 I Ieft Spark to become a gestational carrier for a family member. In June 2011 I gave birth to healthy twins and am now back on the wagon! I have a 4 year old DS. I am planning on running a half marthon in November 2012, so I will be training for that now.

yes we shud. I am planning a 10 K in December. hopefully will have time to train for it and not rush it:) one of my co-workers wants to run it with me:) we cud do a fun-talk-run...

Thanks for the goodie and the well wishes. I wish you well in your half-marathon training. Did I see you are also doing Insanity? I can't because of the high impact on my knees, but my daughter loves it and uses it as a core training routine for her cross country running. She ran her first half-marathon in March and plans on doing the same one I'm doing in (gasp) 19 days!

Thank u for the goodie..I didnt run outside as it got warmer today..but planning to run tomorrow...but I did get my minutes for the day..
