My Goals:
To be able to excercise without my knees and ankles hurting

To be able to fence competitvely at a USFA veteran event

To Run my first 5K! (4/28/12)

To Run a Sub 11 min/mile 5k

To be healthy , and not get diabetes or heart disaease

To fit in a single digit dress ( a really really cute one!)

To feel better about myself when I look in the mirror

My Program:
I am:

tracking what I eat via the nutrtion tracker

I am attempting to take control of what I eat by learning to cook my own food

learning to say no to high carb sweets (which is HARD! AUGH)

Excercising 5 days a week, walk/jogging at least 2 miles a day

adding core excercises and light weights to what used to be a cardio only work out.

Personal Information:
Lose 10 lbs - New Sneakers

Lose 15 lbs - Manicure

Lose 25 lbs - Workout clothes

Lose 35 lbs -buy that video game I want

Lose 40 lbs - Total spa day

Lose 45 lbs - buy a bathing suit ( maybe a two piece GASP)

Lose 50 lbs - Wear that new bathing suit on a week long vacation somewhere warm and tropical

Hey, girl! It looks like we are in the same club. I haven't been on SP since June either. It was a longer than expected hiatus. Or should I say an intentional hiatus that stretched on and on unintentionally.
Glad to see you're back . Did you do something cool for Doctor Who's 50th? I wore my Season 12 scarf to a retirement party that evening for someone married to an avid fan

Best wishes for finding opportunities to run with the extraordibarily cold weather we've been having.

Lena, Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog. I'm feeling kinda squished right now, on the one hand life is just UGH, on the other, I still know we have it so much easier than so many others. It makes me feel like a whiney baby. Thanks for helping me keep on keepin' on!
