Doing It the Right Way

Gained a lot of weight a couple years back, just want to finally be serious and committed about losing it so I am closer to what it says on my driver's license :).

Working on becoming a healthy eater (both in food type and behaviors), as well as being a consistent exerciser. I have a secret romance with the idea of being a runner, and am working on my ease and distance.
