My Goals:
- Get into the upper end of my healthy BMI range - between 160-174 lbs.
- Be able to exercise with sweat (not just light yoga or walking) for 30 minutes without stopping.
- Follow my SparkDiet to the best of my ability.
- Learn to love all the squishy bits of me!

My Program:
The no-scale diet. I will NOT use a scale for myself at all during this venture. The only time I will be weighed will be at the doctor's or in my gym classes, but as for me, a scale is NOT part of a healthier me! Instead I'm going to focus on mood, self-esteem, endurance, and strength.

Personal Information:
I'm a Virginia college student, a Pisces, and unfortunately far too fond of food. :)

Other Information:
I'm a geeky, bisexual, Pagan writer, chasing after a religion major, who also likes to make jewelry in her spare time.

Hey.. I was reading that you'd watched Food Inc... Its a brillaint movie! I think if you enjoyed that you should definately watch a movie called "The end of the line" its about fishing and what we're actually doing to the sea. It terrified me" By around 2050 all edible species of fish will be extinct.. how crazy is that?

Oh please do take my routine if it helps. I joined two teams - the Positivity Challenge and Motivators and both look at songs that get us going!

I am not really a singer but lately I've realized how important it is to me to have positive reinforcement in my day! Perhaps it's so I can let my soul fly even as I ground myself in the day.
