My Goals:
My goel is to fit in to a size 5 jeans and be more healthy.

My Program:
Well I work out 5 times a week I do 45min free weights and 1 hour cardio training and well I try to eat as healthy as I can.

Personal Information:
Im from california but live in arizona now , yes the weather is much diferent here in az than cali but I like it better here in az.

Other Information:
I love to watch movies Im kind of a movie nut. I watch t.v my favorite show is ghost adventures its soo scary and well I like to workout .

Hi Lelia,

I lost the weight by just staying with in the range of calories and exercising. I have the occasional treat, but I always work it into my calories for the day and I make sure I'm getting my GOOD food in. All calories are not equal. 1300 calories worth of Snickers is not the same as 1300 calories worth of fruit, veggies, complex carbs, healthy fats, and proteins. To bad huh?!! LOL

For me, the cleaner I eat the better I do, the quicker the weight comes off. Oh, and lets not forget, drink, drink, drink, your water.

Also, getting involved in the teams, blogging, etc.... helps to keep us in a healthy frame of mind and on task. Good luck. You can do it. Stay in touch, we can support each other.
