I lost the weight by just staying with in the range of calories and exercising. I have the occasional treat, but I always work it into my calories for the day and I make sure I'm getting my GOOD food in. All calories are not equal. 1300 calories worth of Snickers is not the same as 1300 calories worth of fruit, veggies, complex carbs, healthy fats, and proteins. To bad huh?!! LOL
For me, the cleaner I eat the better I do, the quicker the weight comes off. Oh, and lets not forget, drink, drink, drink, your water.
Also, getting involved in the teams, blogging, etc.... helps to keep us in a healthy frame of mind and on task. Good luck. You can do it. Stay in touch, we can support each other.
