Thank you for your recent comments on my "I Give Up" blog. I think you're right, our weight goes up and down. Sometimes there is no reason for it. I have tracked inches, sort of. I pull the tape too tight and probably am not too honest with myself. I need someone else to measure me! Ha! The scale seems to work for me because I can't make it lie. But I do keep track of my inches. They really haven't gone anywhere in a long time. Thanks so much again. It's nice to know there is so much support here in Sparkville!
