    Hello, I am so happy to see that you found your way here to Spark. This is such a wonderfully supportive community and I hope that you jump right in and learn to use the tools here. There is everything you need here to change your lifestyle and head on to better health, as well as making some really wonderful friends along the way.. Your page is just great and I wish you much success in your journey here. One thing that helps me is keeping my goals very small.. and, logging all my food in the nutrition log. I started out with 5 lb goals and keep my weigh tracker to reflect those goals..

    Welcome to Sparkpeople!! You will love this site! I started in January and it has helped me to achieve so much. I really recommend using all 3 trackers then join some of the teams' challenges. They will help you to stay focused. Also, read the articles on here. They are very informative and help to keep your mind directed to eating right and exercising!!
