Here I go again!

Hi everyone. I am just a 30 something "girl" trying to regain control of her body. Single mother of one, most likely struggling with a lot of the same issues as everyone else.

I joined sparkpeople in January 2010 and lost 12 lbs by March. Then I just fell off the wagon (or website). And fell off hard! Take out food, cut my exercise by more than half and started drinking soda again!!!!

So here I go again. Back on the wagon committing to myself that today is the day ...

I just added my month of June's fitness minutes! I'm up another 1000 minutes! I keep track of it on paper, but it sure is nice to see it when you get trophies and such! haha!

I have been called a machine lately, I can't help it. I really love to move! :)

I was supposed to be in the 5pm heat, but I emailed them and asked to change me to the 8:30am heat! (As they just opened that one up). I think the first heat will be better, I get to be one of the first through the mud, the fire, and the first up the wall! haha!

It will be my first time, as it is the first one in Ontario....ever! My friend talked me into it. I'm getting more and more excited!
