Shandi, Happy Sunday and start of a new week! Good going on your exercise and eating properly. Aren't exercise videos the greatest? Did you know that Sparkpeople has them, too? I didn't discover that right away. They are generally shorter but you can pick which ones you want to focus on. So if you wanted a longer workout and did several in a row, they'd be perfect. I've been thinking of trying the jumprope one... :) Are you thinking of a fall wedding? A wedding by the Lake would be beautiful.

We hit the Boardwalk with our pup last night and 2 miles flew by so quickly on the new section. Plus we saw 3 deer, one with its spots still. We found out we just missed a buck with a big set of antlers. Maybe that's okay. ;) Walking where it's beautiful is the best for me...I love fresh air and a natural setting. But I'd walk anywhere if I had someone to talk with...I love to talk and walk and now I can without becoming winded...even uphill.
Today I spent a long time at Curves this am...it felt so good. If you work hard at it, you can get great effects and lose weight and gain muscle all over. I love it because you have fun talking with the other gals, too. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself along with SP.
