Hey. Let's get this under control, once and for all! I've cleaned out my frige and cabinets. I've decided to eat 'whole foods' as much as possible. So far, so good. I am of the mind that there is something in what I eat that's making my fibromyalgia, arthritis, and Sjogren's act up. Any thoughts? emoticon
