My main goal is to lose 75-85 pounds to reach my healthy weight.
* lose 5 pounds per month
*increase my walking to work and around town.
*Actually complete a Jillian Michael s video. usually I give up after round 2.
*eat healthier options and control my portions.
To meet my goals:
1: Use my spark trackers
2: Measure and scale my food.
3: Get 30 minuets of work outs in 3 times a week.
4: reward my self ( not with food) when i lose 10 pounds.
I am from a little town in Montana. There is not a lot to do here. Well at least I think.

Outdoor activites: Well i like the idea of hiking, but not unless there is a group of people and they all have guns to defend us from grizzly bears Swimming! I love it. I only swim in one place in this little town. The lake in the mountain. The one here in the valley is full of swimmers itch. Nasty little buggers. Running and walking. Well mostly wogging, not running really. Hurts my knees a lot, but thank God He gave man the awesomeness of icy hot.
Good for you, I'm really glad you're feeling better! Yes I was dressed up for the diva run in Missoula. Lots of fun. I know that those meds can mess with your appetite, hopefully you can get back on track.
Are those Flathead cherries on your background? I am so jealous. I missed out on them this year. This is the first year in ages that I haven't made it to the Flathead in late July or early August. I am having a fight with myself about driving since our accident. I know I will have to face up to it sooner or later, but right now, I am voting for later.
