My Goals:
To live a happy and healthy lifestyle. I have been chubby for way too long. Would like to see that scale read 130!

My Program:
Well I fell off the wagon for a few minutes. I should have kept looking at this page for encouragement. I am glad to see that so many others are trying to get into shape.

Personal Information:
I'm a Noo Yawka, well an Upstate, NY'er. I work at non profit organization that caters to youth.

Other Information:
I like to watch movies A LOT and I like to read once in a while. I really enjoy working in my NEW garden!

Hey Girl, everyday I am not what I want to be because I eat something that KNOW in my heart is not good for me. But you know what, I keep going everyday trying to be a better me (if that is at all possible!) and keep it moving. So it takes more than 2 or 3 or 6 months to change what we were our entire lives! Be blessed & help encourage ME!!! Baby Girl!

I do, though I haven't been able to read anything since I haven't called Time Warner to come out and hook up my internet at the new apartment. I got your message, though, which is why I'm checking this at work. 9/18 is weigh in day. I can tell you for sure that I've gained... or at least I will this week since the doc put me on steroids to get my asthma in check again. Boooo. :o) Have a great weekend!

1. Talk to yourself as you were your own friend.
2. Shoot for shorter goals. Instead of saying that you are going to not eat sweets for the whole month, say I'm not going to eat sweets today (or even this hour).
3. Keep in mind that this is a lifestyle change.
4. Lay off the skinny b*****es, they are loaded with calories too...

Just wanted to tell, I'm here for you! When need to vent,talk,need for support or any info/help, drop me aline or few to my spark-mail ok?
You CAN do it! Yes, you can: it's mind over matter thing and once you find the right foods and starting to ENJOY(yes,it's very much possible! ;) your daily walks and exercises you WILL lose those pounds and inches, I promise!
I work in a gym so I think I have some good tips for you, if you care to hear...?
Now I'm in hurry but hoping to hear from ya!
