Hey Girl, everyday I am not what I want to be because I eat something that KNOW in my heart is not good for me. But you know what, I keep going everyday trying to be a better me (if that is at all possible!) and keep it moving. So it takes more than 2 or 3 or 6 months to change what we were our entire lives! I do, though I haven't been able to read anything since I haven't called Time Warner to come out and hook up my internet at the new apartment. I got your message, though, which is why I'm checking this at work. 9/18 is weigh in day. 1. Talk to yourself as you were your own friend. 2. Shoot for shorter goals. Instead of saying that you are going to not eat sweets for the whole month, say I'm not going to eat sweets today (or even this hour). 3. Keep in mind that this is a lifestyle change. 4. Lay off the skinny b*****es, they are loaded with calories too...
