Enjoying the Journey
As I approach 40, I am learning that it's harder to get and stay fit! It's been frustrating, but I am not a victim of it - I'm going to have the body I want for the long haul.

-Lose 10 lbs
-Manage Stress
-Increase Flexibility
-Increase the bond with my pups by walking them at least a mile a day.
My Program:
-Not eliminating anything from my diet - just using PORTION CONTROL!
-yoga, walking, some strength training.
