Hang in there! I know this is a rough time but I think that if you go back and read the plan that you posted last Thursday on your blog and stick to that, you will survive. And one day even thrive. Right now it's just one foot in front of the other, right? Stick to your plan, think of your long-term goals and dreams, and remember that there's a lot of therapy to be found in some good, hard, sweaty workouts.
