Hey girl, Thanks for checking in on me! Actually last Friday I found myself totally wrecked and tired by the afternoon. And since I can't take naps, I was too mentally foggy and tired to study the rest of the day. So I think I'm going to stick with my evening workouts, at least until the bar exam is over :)

guuuuess what?! i got up this morning and got about 50 min of cardio in! i'm on a lil streak with the working out and i wanted to shoot for 2-3 mornings a week this week getting SOME sort of cardio in the morning. day 1 down! thanks for the motivation :) hope you're doing well!! keep me posted! 3366 days ago
Thanks for reminding me! Success! I dragged my butt out of bed at 5:40 after hitting the snooze button once. I must admit I did consider just turning it off and sleeping in. But then I thought of you and how crappy I would feel admitting that I didn't go (or even worse lying about it!)
So I walked over to gym in the rain and go there just after it opened at 6am. Did 45 minutes of cardio and am feeling good :) I'll do some resistance stuff at home this evening.
I think I'm going to try this again next week... and aim for two mornings! Thanks again for the inspiration and motivation. 3370 days ago
