My Goals:
To lose weight, tone up and just change my attitude about myself and boost my body image.

My Program:
Tracking what I eat on Sparkpeople!! Making a commitment to get to the gym even when i don't feel like it. Making a concerted effort to think positive thoughts about myself.

Other Information:
Love to read, surf the web, wine afficionado, get together with family and eat(part of the reason I'm in this predicament!) Anything outdoors, love nature, watching movies, listening to all kinds of music.

Hey girl,
Thanks for checking in on me! Actually last Friday I found myself totally wrecked and tired by the afternoon. And since I can't take naps, I was too mentally foggy and tired to study the rest of the day. So I think I'm going to stick with my evening workouts, at least until the bar exam is over :)

Come March, I'll give these am workouts another shot!

guuuuess what?! i got up this morning and got about 50 min of cardio in! i'm on a lil streak with the working out and i wanted to shoot for 2-3 mornings a week this week getting SOME sort of cardio in the morning. day 1 down! thanks for the motivation :) hope you're doing well!! keep me posted!

Thanks for reminding me! Success! I dragged my butt out of bed at 5:40 after hitting the snooze button once. I must admit I did consider just turning it off and sleeping in. But then I thought of you and how crappy I would feel admitting that I didn't go (or even worse lying about it!)

So I walked over to gym in the rain and go there just after it opened at 6am. Did 45 minutes of cardio and am feeling good :) I'll do some resistance stuff at home this evening.

I think I'm going to try this again next week... and aim for two mornings! Thanks again for the inspiration and motivation.

Ha! I'm totally a grunter in the morning too, especially before I get my coffee.

yea we def do have similiar goals!! you should message me about some of the things you are doing to accomplish yours! buddies are soooo helpful and i could definately use one to help hold me accountable! let me know and best of luck!! :)
