Time To Thrive

My wife and I accomplished running three half marathons in 2011!

Naturally the next accomplishment would be a marathon right!? Instead she wants to do is a triathlon, while me on the other hand not so much.

So this is where compromise comes in. In 2012 we will run a marathon and in 2013 we will do triathlon.

I am having great success with the Visalus Body by Vi 90 Day Health Challenge. Starting another challenge on January 9th and excited to see the results in using their products. I have set a goal of reaching the 160's by our 10 year anniversary on June 8th!

This has been a fun and exciting journey this last couple years. A far cry from where we were. The best part is we are bringing people on our journey.

The reason for me to get into shape is because I was very active in high school and then just let myself go.

I want to be able to enjoy life again and not have to worry about not having enough energy to do things that I have.

Thanks for update and I do try to get on here as much as possible but with working, going to school and NOW working out - sitting at a computer is not high on the list... I log my food daily and it really has helped me stay on track! I joined Planet Fitness a couple weeks ago, and really enjoy it, if you see me please say "HI" emoticon
