I am a 25 yr old Washingtonian, am a military brat and love to cook. I love to travel and have seen most of Europe, been to India, Taiwan, and Mexico.
I have come to terms with the fact that my weight is going to be a constant struggle in my life (thanks to my mother's genetics) and want to pursue a career in the nutrition field. I hope to go back and get my Masters in Dietetics (I have my Bachelors in Biology) and become an RD.
I live with my husband, Jodus and our dog, Pippin, in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Current Weight: 160 (as of 3/7/11)
My highest weight: 186
My lowest adult weight: 145 (Goal is to get here again!)
My goal is to be comfortable in my own skin. For me, this means, losing fat, gaining muscle, having energy, and being optimistic and positive.
I am following the New Rules of Lifting for Women program. I pair this with walks, stairstepper, and yoga. My diet is fairly clean - mostly natural and highly vegeterian but I love red wine, bacon, and chocolate.

Wow that's awesome, WTG!! I'm so excited to finish stage 1 and get some new exercises! I just have the bonus workout to do, then I'm onto stage 2!
