About Leftovers4Lunch

I am a 25 yr old Washingtonian, am a military brat and love to cook. I love to travel and have seen most of Europe, been to India, Taiwan, and Mexico.

I have come to terms with the fact that my weight is going to be a constant struggle in my life (thanks to my mother's genetics) and want to pursue a career in the nutrition field. I hope to go back and get my Masters in Dietetics (I have my Bachelors in Biology) and become an RD.

My Goals:
My goal is to be comfortable in my own skin. For me, this means, losing fat, gaining muscle, having energy, and being optimistic and positive.

My Program:
I am following the New Rules of Lifting for Women program. I pair this with walks, stairstepper, and yoga. My diet is fairly clean - mostly natural and highly vegeterian but I love red wine, bacon, and chocolate.

Hello! I found your page through a comment of yours on a thread and I started looking through your blog. Your recipes look amazing! I've been really trying to eat cleaner and make more of my own meals instead of relying on pre-packaged foods and you've given me a huge dose of inspiration. Anyways I just wanted to say hi. Have you looked at the SparkTeam using the Beck Diet Solution book? It gives a lot of perspective, over about 6 weeks, about how to be a thin person. The Team does not end every six weeks, though! emoticon

Thanks for adding me! I love your page!! So...what keeps you busy during the day? Do you have a favorite workout?

I have a 5yr old that keeps me on my toes….a house to keep up (like all of us woman...LOL), and a full time job as a business analyst. I also own my own fitness business... which is my true passion and love!!! I get to help others by sharing with them the products that have worked for me. I also help keep them motivated and am there for them every step of their journey :-) I finally feel like I am doing something I love and have a passion for. The rewards are endless. I LOVE to spend my summers outside either doing yard work or playing games with the family. I really look forward to chatting more - Take care!
