Getting Healthy Once and For ALL!

I am 40 and tired of being overweight. My dad passed away in July '07 from a heart attack after years and years of heart damage and he was only 69. I want to see my grandchildren. He got to see my siblings kids, but he didn't have time to get to know mine. I don't want to follow in his foot steps. ONCE AND FOR ALL, I want to get healthy, for my kids, my husband, but more importantly for ME!!!

So I have been on WW for a year now thinking that I needed to go back to something that required me to be liable. I lost 20 last year but I have since gained back 10. So I thought I would try a dual thing here for a bit. Figure out which works better. :-)

Hope you had a great holiday! time to get back on track! Let me know how things are going! I am excited, I only gained back 2 pounds over the holiday. A loss would have been better, but still down 18 for the year!

Hello,
It was a crazy holiday! I think with both of us tracking we will help each other. We both have very similar goals. Did you download the iphone app? I love it, I can track anywhere. I have been using really consitantly for the last 3 months, and it really makes a difference!

I was super excited last Wed, (my weigh in day). I finally made my 10%!

Ok, I guess. Keep blowing my Calories, but only by a "little". emoticon Walking 1.75 miles each day at work and over 5 miles worth of steps each day. Been to the gym a couple of times, I think it's ok, but Zach really likes going!
