My name is Alycia, I love exercising and am on sparkpeople for help with accountability with food and for healthy lifestyle motivation.
I love yoga, hiking, biking, kickboxing, pilates, Zumba, work out videos (especially The Firm) and weight lifting.
I love trying new things because life is too short not to.
I live with my amazing fiance Spencer in Utah. We are saving up to move to Oregon and looking forward to a new experience in a different culture. We love being outdoors and I want to learn more about natural medicine and overall natural lifestyle.
I finished with my undergraduate degree of Art History and Humanities at UVU. I currently work at my dad's chiropractic and NAET clinic, and I love seeing people get better!
I now am a business partner with an amazing company called Tranont. We are changing lives! In many ways, starting with financial education and self development.
To live my life at peace and be happy with my body
Usually morning workouts with 20 min yoga, Pilates, and an ab workout. T-zone vibration while at work. Workout videos, or classes at the gym are my favorite!!
I'm taking 3 exercise courses in school this semester: Aerobics, Powertone and Pilates.
I go to personal training for 1 hour 3x/week with my whole family and he works us very intensely!
listening to Paul Mckenna's subconscious programming, go to the gym for variety, hiking and cycling.
Eat without obsession

Wow, I saw your post on Jillian Michaels Sparkers, and I just had to post on your page. You started out at the weight I am at right now, and I wanted to find out how you lost so much. I remember being around 180, and even though I wasn't happy with my weight, I didn't feel completely unattractive the way I feel now that I am 200 pounds. I am really struggling with feeling like there is any chance of shedding these pounds. Any suggestions? How long did it take you? What worked and didn't work for you? Thanks!

I really hope that you are able to motivate each other... And the team is there for you too! But, you give me too much credit... SASSYCHRIS1952 is the one who started the team. I'm glad she got it going too! She had to step down as team leader for awhile because of circumstances. She also does BodyFlex. I am so glad for our deep breathing team members!
