Realistic goals. No shortcuts.

This year, I really want to meet my goal of being healthier and happier with my weight. I have let it creep up every year and have been unhappy with it every year. I am not looking for a quick fix. I know it will take time. Next year, I'd like to be 50 pounds lighter. My goal is to lose one pound per week using a combination of diet and exercise.
