My Goals:
I want to be healthy so that when I have children, I will be able to keep up with them.
My Program:
I'm building up exercise slowly, swimming and walking. The weather's perfect for it!
Using Spark guidelines for calorie consumption, but making food choices on my own.
Personal Information:
I live in Bermuda, the most beautiful place in the world! I'm not married yet, but am enjoying this single time to serve the Lord as much as I can! I love children and animals, and spend a lot of time with my very fit 10 year old brother who is a great motivator and my zoo.
Other Information:
When I am not working or doing something with church, you can find me hanging out with my brother or my zoo. I am currently owned by two chihuahuas, Shandy and Kylee, guinea pig, Alvin, dwarf hamster, Fidget (who has the rest of the zoo stuck on Cheerios!), a neurotic conure, Samuel, and two parakeets, Feather and Dickory, who think the whole world belongs to them. I constantly add to the Zoo, I really want a ferret, but they are not allowed in Bermuda!
