Just Move.
I am 28 years old and I have been married for 4 years now to the man of my dreams. I've had a lot of changes in the past few years including knee surgery, getting married, and changing jobs so I am trying to get my body back into shape and regain some confidence. I am 28 years old and I have been married for 4 years now to the man of my dreams. I've had a lot of changes in the past few years including knee surgery, getting married, and changing jobs so I am trying to get my body back into shape and regain some confidence. I started getting into shape my junior year of college. I lost around 20 pounds (I went from about 170 lbs to 150) and felt soooo good about myself. I felt like I could do ANYTHING if I just put my mind to it. However, I tore my ACL and Miniscus a few months before I was supposed to be married. One big knee surgery later in addition to my hubby's eating schedule (my hubby who can eat ANYthing he wants and not gain an ounce--grrr) but put on 15 since my surgery :( I am trying to eat healthier and learn how to enjoy my body again. I want to have the energy I did when I started getting in shape the first time (in addition to all that confidence!!). I have lost 8 lbs. so far and am working on being patient with myself. *Slow and steady wins the race! *Seasons will go by and I will probably have either lost or gained a few pounds. Which do I prefer?

My Goals:
Go from 140 to 125! Incentives: 135- New workout outfit 130- Weekend getaway with hubby 125- 2 new outfits for my new slender body :)
My Program:
I have been cutting back on refined sugar (my weakness-- baked goods are my nemesis). I have also been working out 6X/week including Kick Boxing classes at the gym, running, beach volleyball and various work out videos. I am also eating more fruits and veggies and having a salad for at least 1 meal per day.
