Drastic times and all that.... turns out I have a real problem processing carbs, I probably should have known all along, but I was either in denial or well, in denial!! So, I have changed focus from calorie count to carb count, I am trying to keep within 100 g +/- while still trying to get some fruit and veggies (no small feat!) I may rejig in time to get more calories downrange, but it all takes time. On the plus side, I'm feeling pretty spiffy!
